The Jewish Community Foundation of New Mexico has 92 funds totaling $10 million in assets under management as of 12/31/2024. Most of our assets are pooled with the Jewish Philanthropies of Southern Arizona (JPSA) which has over $124 million in assets managed by SEI. SEI is a registered investment advisor and a leading asset manager with more than 170+ nonprofit clients worldwide, including 23 community foundations.
The chair of our Foundation's Finance & Investment Committee is a member of JPSA’s Investment Committee, enabling our Foundation to have a voice in and closely monitor investment decisions.
As of 12/31/2024, asset allocation for the balanced investment pool is 32% Equity, 26% Fixed Income and 42% Alternatives and Other.
Total Net Portfolio Returns (balanced pool) — 12 months ending 12/31/2024: 9.6%, 3 Years: 3.4%, 5 Years: 6.9%.
JPSA also provides us with recordkeeping, reporting and strategic guidance. This partnership allows us to operate efficiently and helps us maximize benefits for our donors and organization partners.
